Friendship Gardens offers a setting for weddings that is unmatched in Northwest Indiana.   Forested hills surround the beautiful valley with its carefully kept gardens and lawns.  Douglas firs line the walkway past the reflecting pool to the canopied area that covers the wedding party and their guests.   Guests  often exclaim “It’s beautiful!” as they emerge from their short walk through the woods and catch their first sight of the Wedding Garden.  Youngsters and oldsters alike enjoy exploring the gardens during their visit.

A bridal tent is nearby for the convenience and privacy of the bride and her maids.   There is plenty of space for dressing or primping.  A table, chairs and full length mirror are provided.  The aisle to the stage is attractively paved.  Engraved pavers can be purchased to commemorate the day. The grassy stage is large enough to accommodate large wedding parties.  Electric outlets are conveniently located. Two hundred guests can be seated under the canopy.   The parking lot is nearby and golf cart “People Movers” are available to assist guests who prefer to ride.   Outdoor receptions on the grounds can be arranged.
