These
directions will bring you from the South Bend/Michigan areas.
Traveling west on I-94, exit at the first Michigan City exit.
Continue West on Highway 35 until reaching the interchange
with US20/Hwy 212. Exit North onto Highway 212.
Continue on Highway 212 until it ends at Highway 12.
Turn west (left) on Highway 12. Continue West on Highway
12 for approximately 4-5 miles, through 2 stop lights until
seeing our entrance sign as shown above. Turn left to
enter Friendship Gardens.
From the North
These
directions will bring you from Michigan on Highway 12.
Traveling West on Highway 12 from Michigan into Indiana,
continue straight into Michigan City. Continue West on
Highway 12 for approximately 4-5 miles, through 2 stop lights
until seeing our entrance sign as shown above. Turn left
to enter Friendship Gardens. |

These directions will bring you from areas West of Michigan
City.
Using
Highway 12
If traveling from the West into Michigan
City on Highway 12, continue through the City and past Blue
Chip Casino. The first stop light past Blue Chip Casino
will be Liberty Trail. Approximately 3/10 of a mile past
Liberty Trail our entrance sign as shown above can be seen.
Turn right into Friendship Gardens.
Using Highway
20
If traveling from the West into Michigan City on
Highway 20, turn left on Hwy 421 (Franklin St.) which is
intersection with Mall on left. Continue straight on
Franklin St. until dead-end at Library. (4th St.) Turn
right on 4th St. and continue to 2nd stop sign (Michigan
Blvd.) Turn Left on Michigan Blvd. and continue 1 block
to stop light (Hwy 12). Turn Right on Hwy 12, go over
bridge and past Blue Chip Casino. The first stop light
past Blue Chip Casino will be Liberty Trail.
Approximately 3/10 of a mile past Liberty Trail our entrance
sign as shown above can be seen. Turn right into
Friendship Gardens.
Interstate 94
If traveling from the West into Michigan City on Interstate
94, exit North at the 1st Michigan City exit. (421
North/Franklin St.) Continue straight on Franklin St.
until dead-end at Library. (4th St.) Turn right on 4th
St. and continue to 2nd stop sign (Michigan Blvd.) Turn
Left on Michigan Blvd. and continue 1 block to stop light (Hwy
12). Turn Right on Hwy 12, go over bridge and past Blue
Chip Casino. The first stop light past Blue Chip Casino
will be Liberty Trail. Approximately 3/10 of a mile past
Liberty Trail our entrance sign as shown above can be seen.
